BenQ is looking for you!

We are looking for someone who is pro-active, driven, solution-oriented, and patient, to join our Technical Support Engineer (TSE) team within the Customer Care Department.

As a TSE, you will need to ensure the after-sales product quality, repair quality, and any technical support from our call center and installers.

Job requirements

Core tasks

  • Providing 2nd tier technical support for our customers within Europe;

  • Providing solutions for our installation partners during the installation process;

  • Provide training for our contact centers and service partners

  • Quality management, amongst this New Product Introduction quality monitoring;

  • Occasional on-site visits based on urgent requests (up to 1 day advance notification) within Europe;

  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions related to our products.

If you are...

  • 3 years of relevant technical working experience, preferably in the field of Projector or (large) displays;

  • Workload prioritization;

  • Provide step-by-step technical help in easy-to-understand English even to non-technical customers;

  • Familiar with standard operating systems such as Windows and MacOS;

  • Strong problem-solving skills;

  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and setup. (ex. Firewall configuration).

And you have...

  • Good communication skills;

  • To be a team player but also to have the ability to work independently;

  • Good comprehension of English, both written and spoken.
