We are looking to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Eindhoven, for the Benelux region:

Marketing Communication Specialist

Core tasks

·        Strategic Marketing Communication: Planning and implementing integrated communication campaigns to support brand and product visibility

·        Digital Marketing: Driving digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing (e.g., HubSpot), and performance analysis

·        Media Agency and Influencer Management: Coordinating with external media agencies and managing relationships with influencers to enhance brand reach across Benelux

·        Campaign Creation and Execution: Developing and managing marketing campaigns for key product segments, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives

·        Quarterly Marketing Planning: Creating and executing quarterly marketing plans tailored to the Benelux market, based on product roadmaps and business goals

·        Coordinating the maintenance and updates of BenQ’s Benelux websites and product launches

·        Managing the Benelux newsletter and social media page content strategy and execution

·        Organizing and coordinating trade shows, both B2B and B2C

• Experience with HubSpot marketing and Salesforce is preferred

If you have…

·        Higher professional education level (HBO or equivalent)

·        At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

·        Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners

And you are …

·        A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when needed

·        Affinity with IT / AV products

·        Extensive experience with MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver

·        Highly motivated, self-organized, and confident in taking initiative
