Job description

As a Logistic Inbound Specialist you will play a key role in managing and optimizing inbound logistics flows within our European operations. Working closely with Business Line Management, forwarders, warehouses, and our Headquarters, you will ensure that materials arrive on time, accurately, and in alignment with business needs. You are the central link between suppliers and our internal stakeholders, safeguarding availability, data accuracy, and operational performance.

Job requirements

Core tasks:

·         Collecting forecasts from Business Line Management and placing purchase orders with our Headquarters.

·         Managing the complete purchase order and inbound flow: monitoring supplier delivery schedules, coordinating with forwarders, preparing shipping documents, and booking shipments into the correct warehouses.

·         Allocating product quantities across customers in line with priorities and availability.

·         Following up on transport or customs issues and resolving problem cases.

·         Verifying forwarder invoices, ensuring stock integrity, and coordinating rework logistics flows when needed.

·         Measuring inbound performance and preparing regular reports covering supplier KPIs, material availability, delivery reliability, and cost deviations.

·         Driving process optimization initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement within the inbound supply chain.

If you have…

·         An HBO degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience gained through previous roles.

·         At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar operational logistics or inbound role.

·         Experience working in an international environment and with multiple supply chain stakeholders.

·         Affinity with the consumer electronics industry.

·         Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with clear communication and a proactive mindset.

·         Knowledge of European customs processes (preferred).

·     Strong command of English, both spoken and written. Mandarin is a big plus.

And you are…

·         Highly proficient with MS Office and experienced with ERP systems such as Oracle.

·         A team player who is self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn.

·         Comfortable working with data and tools; experience with Power BI or VBA is a plus.
